BookedYet.com Impact

Every completed stay helps support emission reduction activities.

Every hotel stay uses energy, water and resources. BookedYet.com estimates the emissions associated with occupied hotel room nights and, after eligible completed stays, supports emission reduction activities.

1

Understand the impact

Accommodation forms part of the overall footprint of travel. From heating, cooling and lighting to laundry, food service, waste and guest amenities, hotel stays can have an environmental impact.

2

Estimate hotel emissions

BookedYet.com uses the Hotel Carbon Measurement Initiative, known as HCMI, as a reference point to estimate emissions associated with occupied hotel room nights.

3

Make your stay count

After eligible completed stays, BookedYet.com supports emission reduction activities, such as projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and create sustainable development benefits.
